• Fault Checklist (Wireless Connections)

    If you are experiencing any issues with your connection here is some information and things to check before contacting support.

    Network Status can be checked here ->> NETWORK STATUS or using the links on the Homepage/Navbar

    If the Status Page does show a service issue then don't do anything with your equipment.

    *** MOST IMPORTANTLY NEVER USE THE RESET BUTTON ON YOUR ROUTER ***

    * NEVER USE THE RESET BUTTON
    Check there are no loose/unplugged/damaged data cables and everything is switched on at the wall Check the dish hasn't moved and there are no new obstructions
    Very ocasionally you might need to unplug the cable in the blue port and plug it back in again.
    Check that the external cable coming into the property goes into the POE port and the other port marked LAN goes to the Blue port on your router.



    At night you might be able to look outside and see if the dish has lights



    If the Router has no lights check the Plug at the wall and power cable into the router Try removing and re-inserting each cable one at a time and ensure the power supply has a white LED

    Service calls where there is no fault found or equipment has been damaged are chargeable at £100 plus any parts required
